Herbed Pasta with Lemon Butter



This recipe is great because it is so simple and easy to throw together, but tastes amazing.

Whole Wheat Pasta
1 tbs. melted butter
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbs. fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup finely chopped herbs (Parsley, Basil, Chives, Tarragon)
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Crumbled Feta

To be honest, I really don't measure anything. I just add until it looks and tastes good. You can use any herbs you want. I usually use at least two different kinds of herbs to make is flavorful.

  1. Oooh, this one looks really good! I make something similar but instead of feta I use sour cream and parmesan. It'll be in the ward cookbook. :P
